Imperial's coffee program offers a wide variety of products, equipment, and services that can be enjoyed by your employees. The program is designed to be flexible and accommodating with the ultimate goal being to satisfy the needs of a wide variety of tastes and wants.
Equipment
Imperial coffee equipment is purchased from manufacturers who are recognized in the coffee industry to produce the highest quality equipment. The equipment is designed to brew a consistently great pot of coffee every time it is used. Our coffee brewers come complete with their own water filtration system. The filtration system cleans and purifies the water used in brewing the coffee. The cleaner and purer the water the better the flavors of the coffee can be experienced.
Once Imperial has been given the opportunity to service your needs, our technicians will come to your account, free of charge, and install the type of brewer that is required for your particular needs. Not only is the installation free but also the equipment is free as long as you use our fine coffee products.
In addition to our traditional coffee brewers we also offer coffee brewers that produce a single cup of coffee. The single cup brewer is geared to a consumer with a discriminating taste who enjoys experiencing a freshly ground and brewed specialty coffee.
Service
Imperial delivers full service to every coffee account. Our normal service schedule allows for our route personnel to visit an account every two weeks. Scheduling however can be modified to fit the needs of the account. When we first arrive at your account we check the equipment to make sure it is brewing properly and that the filtration systems are fully functional. Our service continues by inspecting each bowl for integrity so as to not have a shattered pot during brewing. We then clean the bowls, equipment and counter area. Finally we check the supply of products that are left in the coffee room storage area. Products that have depleted are fully stocked to ensure that they are there when needed. When we leave the coffee station it is completely clean and fully stocked.
Products
In addition to our traditional fine coffee products, Imperial also offers a wide variety of beverage refreshment products that can satisfy virtually any taste. As the weather heats up, Imperial can stock your beverage station with new age drinks such as Sobe and Amp, flavored and unflavored waters, juice, and pop. As the weather cools down, Imperial can provide herbal teas, hot chocolate, and flavored coffee creamers.
Imperial also features through our single cup brew machines both Diedrich and Gloria Jean's coffees. Diedrich and Gloria Jean's coffee are Class1 Arabica. Class 1 Arabica are the highest quality coffee beans that are available.
