For all meal preparation, our account manager completes a food production work sheet. This work sheet allows us to track the amount of food prepared and compare it to the amount of food consumed for each item. Then in the future, when we plan your company's meals or events, we can control cost through reviewing history of a menu item at your location.

Three Layer Management Team
Three sets of eyes are better than one. We always have one manager at each location. Our general manager visits each location daily. Our President visits each location once a month. All of our management team is networked with cellular phones and pagers. If a question arises or a request is made about service, we are able to respond immediately and effectively.
Healthcare Division prepares Good Health with Good Taste
Our Healthcare Division manages the foodservice needs of hospitals. Our corporate dietitian consults on all menus tailoring recipes to fit the dietary needs of patients and residents while keeping the per patient day rate within budget. By taking advantage of Imperial's purchasing power, customers can save up to 4% on their food costs. Also, Imperial has developed a Puree Program that reconstitutes food into delicious good-looking portions for patients unable to consume whole foods.
Fresh, delicious, and vending machines aren't words you see together often. However, Imperial has changed that concept. Through our fully equipped commissary, restaurant quality meals and snacks are prepared daily to stock our fresh vending machines including: deli carved sandwiches, fresh crunchy salads, and vegetable dishes.

Which ever name you prefer it means the same. All our kitchens have systems in place to assure your food is handled properly throughout the entire receiving, production, and service of each meal item.
Health Department Certification
All employees are certified by the Health Department, which requires training in food handling, workplace safety, assuring food temperature, and sanitation. Managers receive an additional management certification that requires additional education on managing a food service operation safely.
